Every session is different, as we all are. To start, we will discuss your needs, expectations, wishes, limitations, boundaries, fears, hopes and some history as appropriate. This helps to create a safe space and start building up trust necessary for this work. Body work part of the session might involve breathing practices, bioenergetics excersises, energy work, Tantric massage, Taoist erotic massage, Kashmiri massage, Reichian deep tissue work, vajra or yoni healing, sacred spot massage. It is a process, which is difficult to predict, I trust the wisdom of your body to guide us on this journey.
My practce is located in West Wales. I also work in Oxford.

I recommend to book a two hour session, so there is time to follow your process, allowing body to relax and your journey to unfold. For the first session two hours is the minimum duration, to give sufficient time to connect and for you to relax fully into a new experience.
I charge £200 for the first 2 hours and £100 per hour pro rata for any additional time you wish to book.
